Spin the wheel for a meal that fits your pantry, your energy, and your appetite.
Keep the ingredients you actually use. Check what's in stock, hide what you never buy, and add anything that's missing.
Check ingredients you have; use Select or Clear on a category, or the controls above for everything. Hide a built-in ingredient you never use; delete or edit your own additions. Everything is saved on this device. Opened cans and sauces may need refrigeration or freezing — check product labels.
Come back to a favorite or repeat something that worked.

All five palettes use the same layout, and the wheel colors change with the theme.
Choose the flavor profiles on your wheel, or create a new one.
Instead of choosing ingredients completely at random, the app picks a flavor family first. Each flavor has compatible bases, proteins, vegetables, and flavor boosters. That means lots of combinations, without peanut gravy disasters.
In Settings, turn built-in flavor profiles on or off to shape the wheel. In My pantry, check what you have, then use Select or Clear for an ingredient category or the whole pantry. Spoonfetti only combines ingredients with compatible flavors. Compatible user-added sauces and seasonings are included as sauce choices within those profiles.
Nutrition and calorie features are off by default. In Settings, choose which flavor profiles appear on the wheel; Advanced meal options can optionally show estimated nutrition, and optionally set a calorie range. Built-in ingredients include rough estimates; custom ingredients can have no nutrition data at all. Meals with missing nutrition data are excluded only if you turn on a calorie-range filter. Your pantry works normally without food numbers.
Just feed me bypasses the wheel and gives you one of a few specially checked one-bowl meals: four main ingredients, no chopping, no weekly meal prep. It prefers ready-to-use canned meat when stocked; frozen cooked chicken also works but takes longer to heat. If it doesn’t sound good, choose Something else easy. Custom ingredients continue to work on the regular wheel; only the tested shortcuts appear in low-energy mode.
Tap Find my meal, see a sensible combination, and reroll any ingredient you don't want. Add a custom sauce or seasoning in My pantry and choose the flavor profiles it works with. It will show up as a sauce option within those profiles. Follow package directions for anything unfamiliar.
Meat portions are about 4 ounces cooked chicken, 3–4 ounces of drained canned fish or chicken, or package-appropriate fully cooked meatballs. Black beans and chickpeas can be chosen as bases; the protein slot stays separate.
Only use fully cooked frozen chicken for quick microwave bowls. Raw frozen chicken must be cooked separately first. Reheat cooked poultry and leftovers to 165°F; follow product directions for meatballs, grains and sauces.
Use Add ingredient in My pantry to add a base, protein (including tofu), vegetable, flavor booster, or sauce/seasoning. Set its serving amount and choose compatible styles; nutrition is optional. Existing ingredients can be edited, hidden, or removed.
Your pantry, favorites, recent meals and color palette are saved on this device. Clearing website data can erase them. Export a backup in Settings. Plus account saving is in development; when connected, it will let you manually save and load pantry preferences across devices. Recent meal history stays local.
